 Perhaps your reducer under the cooking surface is faulty and needs to be replaced. In any case you need a master, do not use the hob when your flame is yellow on it

Usually, the gas flow regulator for each stove is located under the switch. Pull out the switch, take a flat head screwdriver and adjust the valve. WARNING! Look up how to do it online, choose a suitable screwdriver and be ready to shut off the gas quickly if the valve is damaged.

The heating coil inside your heating surface is damaged or burned out. In this case, it needs to be replaced
